• Collusion between players to manipulate the game or bonus system
• Uploading or submitting unlawful, offensive, threatening, or defamatory content through any Spade99 communication channel
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to access services unavailable in your region
• Making false claims or providing misleading information to the Spade99 support team

Spade99 members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to the right to:

• Using the Spade99 brand name or logo without prior written consent

• The member provided false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process
• The member has been found to be using multiple accounts or colluding with other members to defraud the Spade99 system
• The account has been accessed or used by an individual under the age of 18

In the event of account termination due to a terms violation, Spade99 reserves the right to hold the account balance until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no wrongdoing, any valid remaining balance will be returned within a reasonable timeframe.

Members may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the Spade99 support team via Live Chat. Any remaining balance not subject to unfulfilled rollover requirements will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days.
